It was announced last week that the Wisconsin Badgers will be playing Illinois in their first Big Ten Conference game. The game is set to take place at Camp Randall Stadium this Friday.

After their hard loss against Illinois last year, losing 24-23, the Badgers aren't looking for revenge this time around. Instead, they're just happy to be playing football.

The beginning of the Big Ten season got off to a rocky start, with the game schedule having to be rewritten before the Conference decided they would be playing an eight-game season. UW senior Cole Van Lanen commented on the initial uncertainty behind the season, stating:

Finally to have a set in stone schedule...we get to play a season after everything we've been through mentally and physically throughout the year to get to this point, I'm just stoked for this entire team.

In regards to their loss last season, the team has decided to put it behind them and focus on being the best they can be for the upcoming season.

"Obviously, last year didn't go the way we wanted to," senior wide receiver Kendric Pryor said in an article for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "But we try not to dwell too much on the past because they're not the same team as last year and we're not the same team as last year."

"We have goals. In order to be Big Ten champs we have to win every game in the West and Illinois is one of our West opponents."

Although the schedule was released a week ago, the league has just announced the time for the Badgers second game. Set to take on Nebraska on October 31, the game will be taking place at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.

The Badgers vs. Illinois game will be at Camp Randall Stadium on Friday, October 31, at 7 p.m..

The EPA Clean Bus Program is part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, a law that the Congress recently passed under President Joe Biden and which aimed to invest “ in [the] nation’s infrastructure and competitiveness,” according to the White House. The company’s efforts have paid off since they have now 700 electric vehicles on the road.       Lion Electric promised on January 2022...
